Helen Broughton is a long time City Councillor representing the Riccarton-Wigram Ward.

  She is a member of Independent Citizens, a right leaning local political organisation.  She talked about how the current council makes decisions and reviews some of the council decisions such as the Flower Show, Council flats rent increase and the Henderson Bail Out.
